Dont forget to try setting p7 and p3 as min and max for csgo if the rest doesnt work. That will force the card to stay in the highest p state hence keep 144fps

i juust joined a casual game, put the res up to 2K with the settings you told me too, and the game is NOT ONLY running buttery smooth with like a 1000 people on one server, get these stats!!
max gpu temp 60c odd PLUS no fan engaged / gpu useage around 40% / power draw around 40W / and my 1800X at arounf peak 43-44c
also to mention, im loling as my fps is not high and fluctuating all over the place and like i said is buttery smooth, more than the 144hz fixed fps before. im confuzzled!
