People break your heart when you least expect it. :(

Anyone in the Preston / Liverpool / Manchester area is more than welcome to teach me how to drink, on an epic night out. Might help methinks! ;)

Anyone else feeling the chill of being left out in the cold? I hate feeling like this.

:(

Big willy style to the rescue

Meh, been there a few times and not in nice ways. Just don't let them show it hurts too much, becasue you end up making yourself worse. Did you put petrol in her?

Lol, cheers guys :p

We argued, we got a bit better, and then she decides it's too much. Not really her fault, I'm as much to blame as anyone else. Just a sucky time for it to happen I suppose, and it's probably the first time I've actually felt like settling down, even remotely :o

We live and learn, on with the beers.

How long were you together? As bad as it is now, it's probably for the best. Take stock of what you want from life and more than likely there'll be someone better round the corner. Chin up :)

Sounds pathetic but only 4 months, although we've had goings on in the past.

I seriously need to make some new friends, re-assess what I do want from everything, and move on from there.

However, it's more likely to be comfort drinking > self pity > more failed relationships.

Yay. :p

After spending my whole Sunday with my head in the toilet after a particular colourful Saturday night, I have now completely given up the tiger milk in all its inviting forms. So, I'll have to pass on that suggestion. :p

Broke up with my GF of 2 years a few weeks ago.

**** happens unfortunately, but every thing does happen for a reason!

Gotta move on, can't dwell on things to much, or you'll just get so much worse.

Well yes, but not in a fate/mystical powers sort of way. It happened because the relationship was mis-balanced and/or not working.

That doesn't mean however that one party in the relationship didn't think it was superb and as a result now feels like ass.

I know I do.

Drinking is NOT going to solve anything for you.

In fact, it'll most probably make it worse.

Unless the kyle in your name relates to Jeremy Kyle then WTF.

Drinking (in moderation) can be a good release, an outlet with which to socialize and a great way to move on. Getting blind drunk won't help one iota, but lowering your inhibitions, relaxing yourself, and allowing yourself to let go is never a bad thing.

A good few nights out (not getting drunk I might add) have helped wonders for me.

"teach me how to drink, on an epic night out. Might help methinks!" generally means one thing, = getting hammered.

There is no such thing as "drinking in moderation makes things better" It's a pathetic excuse, if you REALLY want to get better, do something productive, not waste your time drinking urine or dabbling about in drugs.
