Are you going to phone them up, now that you the emails as proof?
. I sent the cancellation emails to susat.co.uk. I just realized that

Or did you mean September?
Cheekykid said:I sent the cancellation notice on the 13th of octomber because i had no confirmation of my order after having it placed about 2 weeks before the cancellation. I dont remember exactly as they never sent me an email.

Given that it's the 11th October today.

It gets muddled as you sent them a cancellation email so really they should'nt have sent it in the first place and you should'nt have had to pay any postage. In that case you should be entitled to the postage charges being refunded too.
This company seems to be operating on a dodgy basis to me and i think you need to get in touch with http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/ . They will give you some advice, usually within 24hrs and should even pass your details onto the local trading standards for the retailer concerned. These are good people and have helped me out a couple of times. Just give them all the details possible in the order of events.

Cheekykid said:When i called them to say that am sending it back they said that they got no cancellation emails from me. LIARS!QUOTE]
Could it be that they didn't get the emails? You said that they did not reply, so it may be that they didn't get them. You do know that email is not a guaranteed service, and that a mail not bouncing back is no indication of delivery? (Mail servers only bounce back to be polite, it is not required and still does not account for messages lost in transit). It is exactly the same as if you post a letter, you have no way of knowing if they got it unless the recipient tells you somehow (i.e. by replying).
Even if they did get the mails, your local copies are in no way proof that you notified them. In future, if you send a cancellation by email and get no reply, try and contact them another way.
