Anyway...

They haven't bothered to respond yet to the claim. Not as much as a we'll look into it.

I was hoping that they'd do the right thing. I'll just escalate it to a claim tomorrow.

This is why I gave up trying to find my S4 cheap that wasn't a grey import (got it on Monday).

Ordered from Asda in the end with some voucher codes + cashback, at least then I know it's a phone intended for this market, so I have a warranty, my phone insurance will be valid (free with bank), and its an i9505 not the import i9500.

You'll be lucky to find any proper UK sellers on ebay, unless it's a more realistic price
