Yes you are, because you have obviously failed the other exams otherwise you would not have 15.
This reminds me of last summer when I sat 22 exams but they were GCSE's.

As it is you, yes.

Most people taking so many would be a little prepared for them and would have a good idea at what level they are at in time for the exams.
