An eccentric gentleman.
You could at least try to use upper case letters at the start of your sentences and introduce some basic punctuation. A lot of members will tend to ignore your posts or give them reduced credibility in their current format. If you portray yourself on a forum as illiterate, your impression on other people is that you aren't very intelligent and your contributions to the forum are less than worthy.

illiterate?
 
At the last place I worked, we had an Algerian guy working there. He spoke pretty good English, but whenever he started talking rubbish or getting off track our boss would just say to whoever he was talking to "It's alright, he's from Barcelona."
