Your as free to tell him to shift himself as he is to tell you to stick your suggestion.

You aren't the manager but neither is he.
 
I aint bossing him about i said "can u do ya work please theres stuff here yo gotta do" the same lad tries to boss us ALL around people who are proper employees. He also moans to everyone when another member of staff who is currently away does no work either and he does exactly the same as her! Today i ignored him and left him to do his work and i helped everyone else. The boss is getting fed up of it as well tho thankfully as a 15-20min job b4 we went home ended up taken 25-30mins.
 
I like working with lazy people, it means more work for me.

More work = day goes faster.

There's a new lad at work who works through the week (while I work at the weekends). My job is usually to finish off whatever he couldn't get done through the week. Problem is though, he works too hard and leaves nothing for me to do :(

So I end up walking around asking people if they need help or want anything done for them, always makes the day so much longer :rolleyes:
