Am i in the wrong

My step daughter who i think as my very own, shes 16 has been going out with this 19 year old lad. To me thats really too old and i want a stop to it, but i dont know the best way to go about it. She really likes him, but what does she know at her age, and this boyfriend of hers hasnt got the respect to have a chat about what hes doing with my daughter.

What should i do?

I can see where you're coming from and always maintain I'd be exactly the same over my daughter.... However, having no children I believe I can take a different standpoint.

I've known a few 16/17yr olds doing various jobs lately.... some are very, very mature, others..... aren't.

There is nothing you can do to stop it -- just be there if/when things go pear shaped.

Suck it up imo... 16 is legal, so there's deemed nothing wrong with it.

A 3 year age gap is nothing to be honest.

My current girlfriend is 10.5 years older than me lol... I'm 19 and she's just 30.
