... for running a 24/7 overclock that hits 91c in prime small fft

I figured it's ok because it doesn't even hit 70c playing games like metro and I don't really care if this old cpu dies. I should probably get a push/pull going on my eco, can I connect them both to the cpu header on the mobo with a splitter or should I use a separate fan controller? o:

Should be fine having two fans on one header as long as they aren't really high powered. I usually find running IBT or linx gets the cpu 5-10 degrees hotter than prime 95, maybe you should avoid trying them:p

There will be people wanting to buy your cpu if you decide to upgrade, probably best not trying to hard to kill it;).

I got a push pull going now but I only had a 3pin fan splitter and they are both 4 pin. I'm not really sure how I can get them going the same speed but I'll see what difference it makes anyway. Oh I also got it dragging cool air from out side in instead of dragging the warm air from inside the case through it.

hmmm, it seems to have settled at 82c. Might go up a couple of more degrees but that's quite an impressive difference. I might treat my self to second viper so the fans actually match :)

Edit: Right, got both fans attached to the 2 "optional fan" headers and set at a constant 50%, pretty quiet and my cpu is sitting at 81c now. Although I get an annoying warning when I boot up about a cpu fan error because I have no fan attached to the cpu header. I'll get another viper and see if that makes much difference.
