Got mine to replace my Driving Force Pro a couple of weeks ago. So much better than the DFP imo, mainly in the feedback department. I used to cringe whenever I turned the wheel more than 90 degrees because of the noise. I was worried the neighbours might think I'd taken up strangling cats, but this is much quieter (although the noise is still there).

got mine second hand off of someone on a forum so it was only £100 :D. Only downside of that is that because it's leather it takes on the smell of smoke (or it might be cats, I'm not sure ) from the previous owner... Mostly fading now anyway...

At first it was weird to get used to the 900 degree bit, but once I did it feels so much better than the MS wheel.

Just because you have 900 degrees you don't have to use it :p
Some advice if you are playing sims, you will want to turn the in-game steering lock setting in your car setup up some so that you don't have to turn it a mile to steer.

sims I play are GTR Evolution and (some) rFactor. I'm not that good but it's really not about winning. Was incredibly happy with a 6th place finish on Wednesday in GTR evo out of 21, after qualifying 12th. These are organised races as part of a club as well so you avoid the wreckers etc.
Test drive unlimited is also fun with the G25 - proper H-Shifter support included and it's more arcade so it's not as hard to use it as it is in a sim. Took me ages to work out why I couldn't get my Gallardo into first gear though - the h-shifter is disabled when the car has paddle shifters.

Course you do, those 900 degrees cost me £150 :p

In iRacing, which is the only sim I play now, and can't see that changing anytime soon, far too addicted :p When you calibrate the wheel it detects it as 900 degrees (assuming it's set to 900 in the profiler thingy of course), and then uses upto 900 degrees depending on the car, so basically it's always 'correct' for the car. The Solstice is a road car so the full 900 degree's work (although you rarely need to use more than about 110 ish in either direction), whilst something like the Skip Barber which is a single seater only uses around 450 degree's iirc, and you only ever really need to use sub-90 degree's, it's a nice system, but then i've not really used the G25 in other sims so not sure how they compare...
