So... Core temp is saying I'm running at 39c min 48c max. I know this isn't particularly high, but I was wondering is this hot for using an antec khuler 620? I can feel the heat being pushed out the top of my case right now, usually it's fairly cool. Not sure what's different.

Heat coming out isnt a bad thing. That means efficient heat transfer! It usually means heavy loads too.

48C is very cool for a max temp. What program are you using to load the processor?

i5 2500k. I've taken the overclock off recently due to switching to Windows 8 but I was going to put it back on until I saw the temps. Wasn't sure if it was okay or not!

All I have running is Skype, DotA 2, Chrome with a few tabs and that's it really. Ofc the background processes are there but nothing major!

Running prime atm and I'm getting 60c under load. I'm pretty sure this is still an okay heat, but I don't wanna put my overclock back onto it if it'll push it into dangerous limits. I'm not sure if it's any concern that I've recently moved my PC, still on a wooden surface, but a different location, could that be making it warmer?

How is the air flow and ambient temp in the new location, also check the fan speeds on the rad.

The T case temps on the CPU is 72c according to Intel, as your looking at actual core temps I personally keep these under 80c~

The ambient temp is about the same, if not less. Used to have my PS3 near my PC kicking off a lot of heat, the air flow could be limited as it's quite close to a wall, but that's the external fan.

What should my fan setup be for a sealed unit like the kuhler 620?

My current is intake on front and bottom from the psu and exhaust on the back and top. (Using a Bit Fenix Shinobi case, all fan slots filled except the bottom one and side window one)
