AM1 5370 OC'D

Would you explain this a little more for me? What about the pcie/sata issue? Ram seems to be the main issue for me?

I think what he's saying is that the 5370 could achieve higher clocks with a lower bclk due to it's higher multiplier. There won't be much in it though.

Are you still limited to 1.3v when using a standard atx psu? and did you have the same limit with the cheaper asrock board?
 
1.3 currently on a 500 w psu. There wasn't even any voltage options on the cheaper asrock board, only bclk and multiplier.

Ah ok, good to know anyways.

I was using 1.6v to get the 2.7+ OC. The stock cooler on turbo handled the heat fine.
