AM4 / Ryzen 5000 series - no reason to upgrade?

Given the 5600x3d news I'm hoping for a Zen3+ announcement, optimized node could bring a 5950X3D to reality or a better performing 5800X3D.

on dual CCD chips, AMD only put the 3D cache on one of the CCD's, so a 7900X3D for instance knows in games to use the cores with the 3D cache attached to it, the others are backup, but I dont know of any games that use 12 cores anyway and thats why theres no need to put the 3D cache on both chiplets.

What I meant is two things:
1) 5950X3D similar to current 7950X3D
2) 5800X3D with better boost thanks to optimized node
