Amazing Deals - More NV Price drops and just bonkers deals Exclusive to OcUK!!!

Sorry OcUK, but you'd have to be mad to buy a graphics card or a CPU at the moment - RAM is cheap as dirt though, and DDR2 is only going to go up in price, I reckon.
Fully agree & when the HD4850X2 / HD4870X2 are released, I can see Nvidia having to reduce prices even further if AMD/ATI sting them with the price against the GTX280.

christ even money back for people who spent out ona evga 280/260 in the last week before the price drop

@ chaparral, What part don't you understand in the info you quoted ?.

They give you cash back or a greater amount in EVGA bucks (obv want you to spend with them so entice you with more credit).

I still wouldn't buy any of them till the 4870X2 comes out as i think there will be another round of prices cuts on that cards release. How much of a numpty must people that bought the G200 series on launch day be feeling right now because no matter what they might say buying a card then watching it go down in price by nearly 200 has gotta hurt.

This is sooooooooooooooo true im doing the same thing im waiting till the 4870x2 comes out in August. The 14th is release the date so what we looking at end of August before we get a sniff at it.
Nvidia will have to release a faster version than the gtx 280 so the current ones should fall again in price.
Nvidia may even release a directx10.1 card a litlle early- even though Nvidia said that directx10.1 is not needed----------but they have one set for release next year--do the maths.

280 still needs to hit £250, 4870 1gig needs to hit £200 I reckon... hopefully the X2 will do just that ;)

3870X2 ? That needs to drop by 50% for anyone to even consider that over an 4850 !

Such lovely prices for Ram and Gpus and Cpus and the beautiful part is no games even :(

Definatly need BF3 to launch tommorow or Supreme Commander II, RA3 or SC2 or DNF or something at least !

That makes me really regret buying a 3850 in March!!! Wow things move fast! Think I may have to wait for the next generation of GPUs though, doesn't seem worth upgrading when my card is handling everything OK and there are no decent games out at the moment!
