amazing how they get away with it

Go round and tell him you think he is a very bad man and that you are going to grass him up...he will probably turn himself in to the rozzers.

Or tell the OP to jog on, but either way it will get the party started.

Just keep reporting the untaxed vehicles to the DVLA through their website, they'll do something eventually. There was a car untaxed down the road from me. I reported it a couple of times a week every week, and hey presto it got a DVLA clamp on it after 3-4 months.

How about you talk to him rather than being an obsessive curtain twitchier?

If there is a shortage of parking spaces on your road, kindly ask him to park his turds on another road?

Nothing will be gained by you trying to go behind his back and reporting him for the horrendous crime of not displaying a tax disc, speaking to him directly is a far better bet. If he refuses to listen then follow it up if It's really affecting you. If not tell him be, he'll be caught out sooner or later, and rightly so!

I've had one of my sheds parked up on the road without being used on more than one occasion (they've always taxed, just not in use, usually because they're epically broken), I'd much rather my neighbors knocked on my door and asked me what the deal was rather than trying to go behind my back and get me screwed.

The OP may get stabbed or attacked by a banned breed though:D

Firstly I have allready phoned the dvla and looked at that website but hey thanks for your awesome input ;)

Why nost ask him? This is the same crazy looking smack head that burst his door of its hinges and the police arrested him for trying to beat his GF. also courtesy of me :D So no I wont be asking him to move it lol.

Meh will just keep filling in the forms online for all 3 cars till they get sick of it. :p

Where in scotland is this? Need an OCUK meet to go batter **** out of him! YEH!!!!!!!

Swapping the tax disc becomes fraud, a far greater offence than simply failing to display or have tax, shop him on those grounds.

Yup I can vouch for this, a friend of mine was arrested by Police who came round his house at about 6am on a Saturday morning (after a night out clubbing). He had been driving around with a tax disc we found in a breakers yard. He was let off in the end though, but this was about 13 years ago.

How is this working for him? Putting the tax disk in another car does not move the line in the database.

I was thinking that.

The cars without Tax must not be registered to him or else they would have been around a while ago.

Similar thing happened around my area, an owner didn't bother to re-new his car tax but still left his car parked at the side someones house for weeks. Didn't bother moving it, quick call to the council and the car was taken away and crushed. The owner didn't bothered answering to calls / letters about his car tax reminders. Fool.

People like this really get on my nerves. They are usually the first ones to complain if something like this happends to annoy them :p
