So if they changed NDA without prior change in NDA - such NDA is not valid

It's laughable Corsair failed to inform overclockers of the NDA date change, giving the amount of the units they will be ordering :rolleyes:

I'm sorry but Corsair have contacted me and asked me to take the details out of this thread. The NDA date for review samples etc was today. However after a delay in stock shipments from the Far East - the NDA date has changed. Unfortunately Corsair failed to inform myself of the NDA date change, the NDA is now in place until the 16th April now. So the details have had to be removed until then.
