I just really don't understand why they have remade this again so recently... I remember seeing the first one at the cinema

arknor · 20 Jul 2011 at 16:33

lol is that for real? feels like a fan made trailer and the last bit was almost a carbon copy of mirrors edge...

the shadow · 20 Jul 2011 at 16:35

Real Columbia Pictures rang me up

Grandmaster Fap! · 20 Jul 2011 at 16:39

Having a hard time taking this seriously when it's so soon after the last one, even if it was an abomination of jazz routines and mega crybaby blubbing.

rare · 20 Jul 2011 at 18:44

A remake? Thats just plain odd. Not even cool. Just...why?

samir_ansari · 20 Jul 2011 at 18:49

The POV sequence is ridiculously bad in regards to feature film animation, seriously what were they thinking?

twist3d0n3 · 20 Jul 2011 at 18:58

so, i guess hollywood have ran out of ideas already and we're going to be fed remakes from here on, forever

Cosimo · 20 Jul 2011 at 19:02

Really, a remake is just ridiculous.

Noel Gallagher · 20 Jul 2011 at 19:15

Not as good as toby though is he.

Jed Shields · 20 Jul 2011 at 19:39

A reboot so soon just doesn't make any sense.

the shadow · 20 Jul 2011 at 19:51

2012 hollywood goes hype/sequal /reboot crazy

ins0mn1ac · 20 Jul 2011 at 20:06

Odd very odd. Comic books into films overload lately!

ElliorR · 20 Jul 2011 at 20:28

I'll watch it when it's on Sky.

CaptainRAVE · 20 Jul 2011 at 20:32

Not another reboot type film

Really dislike this craze at the moment.

Glaucus · 20 Jul 2011 at 20:46

It doenst even look like a good reboot. It looks identical and that cgi bit was worse than doom film.

Morba · 20 Jul 2011 at 20:53

Oh no

I kinda understood what they were planning, but it doesnt seem to have come out. Not by that then

SixTwoSix · 20 Jul 2011 at 21:22

Not really a remake/reboot as this movie is based on the Ultimate Spider-man continuity which is very different to the original spider-man story. I'm sure someone else who knows a bit more can elaborate if anyone is interested.

Comic book guy is interested. The tricky part is getting the average cinema goer to care.
