Amazingly poor speeds on new O2 connection

As long as they don't ask me to click start then control panel despite telling them that I use Linux. Tiscali never understood that when i was with them.

Call just went straight through an engineer. Told to wait 10 working days from activation.

Try the BT Speedtest and see what it says your IP profile is.

have you actually done this? you have excellent stats so assuming your line is stable, then your ip profile should be 7150kbps. if that's the case then it's purely o2's congested network that's at fault - as i mentioned earlier in the thread. LLU - good. access - bad. you don't want to mess about. get out while you still can.
