its a different way power is transmitted in a motor, if you don't know what it is is doesn't matter

. just buy a good brand lithium battery cordless not cheap rubbish and you will be fine. unless its concrete or stone your drilling then look at corded sds drills, with these you can get away with cheaper ones

It means the motor won't have brushes. Ergo fewer moving parts and fewer replacement parts needed. Usually more expensive.

The difference isn't with moving parts, but the contact of the parts. It's more efficient rather than longer-lasting.

Get the starter kit the bulbs are usually £50 each and the bridge is another £50 usually.
