Having just watched the first season of Manhattan, how long will it be until season 2 is available on Amazon Prime for free?

This question applies to other shows where they charge for each episode. Is there a set period where the newer seasons become available for free viewing automatically?

Thanks

It feels quite arbitrary between shows, sometimes they'll appear for free really soon, other times you feel like you're waiting forever.

Thanks for the reply.

So it does eventualy happen, it's just a matter of time. Good to know.

I'm in the same boat. I loved watching Orphan Black but was disappointed to only see season one available to Prime.

I've been using prime for over 2 years. everything i've not been willing to pay for has eventually appeared for free on Prime but it takes a while, especially when you're constantly checking for updates :D

I'm currently waiting for The Strain season 2 to become free to view.

It seems to depend a lot on the popularity of the show - if it isn't that popular pops up on prime almost immediately - if it gets highly rated you could be waiting months and months and some they never get licensing to put on prime :|

Thanks everyone for the replies.

In a selfish way I'm gald I'm not the only one with the same problem :p

Am I correct in thinking that Amazon Exclusive are available immediately, that is as each episode is released?

Thank you :D just subbed for a free month. Didn't realise they delete all account information after 10 months, if you don't having an active sub.

Are you sure you got a free month?

When I signed back up a few months ago after a break of several years I was charged for the first month. I did initially look like it was going to be free (no warnings that I wasn't getting a free month) but it didn't happen.

According to this, it's a new account. Used same name, card details and I think email address. Not complaining mind :p
