Has anyone else got an issue with not being able to get any UHD content with Amazon Prime?

I can't get it on either my TV via app or on the website either. It used to work as have watched plenty of UHD content on it, but noticed recently that it has gone.

I have raised the issue with Amazon, but they are being very loud in their silence of not saying anything.

UHD and HDR works fine on Netflix, so is limited to Amazon. No issues with my internet speed either as average 65/19

Is proper weird
 
I've never had UHD work via the website, with regards to the tv you need to find the UHD section as it's different to Netflix and doesn't scale the 1080p stuff upto UHD it's in it's own section.
 
I had exactly the same problem - Sony XE9305
I was using my PS4 Pro for both Netflix & Amazon, however as the PS4 Pro doesn't support Dolby Vision and apparently also doesn't support UHD via the Amazon App, I moved to the native apps on the TV.
The Netflix one behaved itself from the very beginning, Dolby Vision and/or HDR working fine and always ramping up to 2060P. Amazon app just refused to give me the UHD option. In the end I had to totally reset the TV, allow the app to update and then I had access to the UHD section - but I must admit I've not checked recently to make sure it is still there!
 
Have reset TV and re-installed the app and still do not get to see the UHD options. It was there as that was how I used to access the UHD bits, would pick that option, but it is completely vanisheded.

Having looked on other forums, it appears that others have the same issue.
 
I have to scroll quite far down the list before I come to 4k included with prime, search function doesn't bring them up. That's built in app on my Panasonic

Just did a monster scroll down and actually found the UHD TV section...doh. That is good. But it also appears that Amazon are not offering any UHD movies 'included' Found the 'Rent or Buy UHD' section, but nothing else, which I find highly disappointing

There is a included with prime but no films are included but to be honest I can't tell much difference apart from hdr
 
I just installed my new 4k TV last night (Samsung QE55Q7FAM). Searched for 4k hdr in Amazon app and found a few movies. Battleship was free to watch (I didn't of course).
Only had the TV a day and haven't looked since.
 
I tried looking the other day on my Samsung and could not see UHD stuff, last thing I watched was the Grand tour when it was being aired.

Battleship just comes up in the search, it's not actually in 4k
