Does anyone own one? I have been tempted grabbing one of these. I hear the Hall Effect joysticks are not great but the power of the system for the money emulating up to Wii and even some light Switch stuff looks fantastic. The screen looks great and it runs Gamecube very well as well as PSP.

Anyone have any input before i pull the trigger?

Worth having a search through this thread if you haven't already

I love mine. Really comfortable, great screen. Mainly using for PSP atm.
The Gamma stick fix improves cardinal snapping, but I didn't mind the actual sticks with added thumbcaps on.
If you can get it for a decent price, think I paid £140 for mine, go for it.
If any more than £150 you are heading into RP4Pro/5 territory.

Hummmm.. Just seen that the comparison i saw was with the RP4 Pro with the older screen. The RP5 looks fantastic although more expensive.

Currently i have seen the RG556 for £157/182 which is a decent chunk cheaper than the RP5.

I have one - the screen is amazing and it's super comfy. Runs emulators I want just fine (up to GC / PS2), and also android games run well.

TBH I have never noticed any issues with the sticks - most games you're likely to play on it wouldn't fall foul too much (i.e. you're not playing super competitive FPS games).

Personally, I would only consider the RP5 over the RG556. I chose the Anbernic over the RP4 Pro because of screen / ergonomics / price Vs performance.

Those would be my choice of colours too!

Watch out for import duty too! Think 4PX is most likely to incur this.
