Don't have the actual numbers yet, but rumours as always are all over the place. I do think that even if it is another zen5% situation, being 5%faster than the fastest gaming cpu is still impressive and ridiculously fast. So unless amd try to play silly buggers with the price, I can't see it as being anything other than amazing.
That said I don't think it will be worth upgrading too unless you have something decently old. Even the old 5700x (non 3d) can handle gaming in almost any reasonable situation.
