I didn’t see any owners thread so I thought I would start one off. Mine arriving today between 1-2PM. Plan is to get it fitted shortly after. Let’s see what these chips can do

Mine won’t be for weeks as I’m waiting on the GPU, but technically I bought one yesterday.

Got mine this morning, waiting for new motherboard to be delivered to get build done over weekend.

It has arrived and is in the machine, just booting now ... incoming cinebench and time spy for lulz

Edit - that will teach me for posting that before I'd turned it on.

Stuck on a 1A error message on the Asus Bios.... clearing CMOS doesn't seem to be working....

Edit 2 - officially stuck now.

Bios is on latest (Version 3222) and even after following the instructions in my mono manual (spec as per sig) I'm stuck on 1A as per video below:

Any ideas?

Did you turn off at the PSU and wait 30 seconds? Then cleared and also reset XMP?

Code 1A indicates a memory error, either RAM or VRAM.

The fix is normally clearing the CMOS - Before changing a processor, you should always load the BIOS defaults so no XMP timings are loaded.
Other suggestion is remove a stick of RAM and just try the one till you get into BIOS and booted.

Ok thanks, weirdly clearing the CMOS seems to be doing absolutely nothing. When I get home later I'll have another play with it.

Mine arrived this morning (and my 5090 yesterday)!
Just waiting on gen 5 M.2 to be delivered and hoping my 420mm Artic Freezer III AIO will fit my motherboard.

@Conanius did you flash the bios and update the x3d chipset drivers
So I put the latest bios on 2 days ago that explicitly called out the 9950X3D.

I checked the chipset drivers site last night and I had the latest which had come out in late feb)

I can't possibly see how it is the RAM, but I've got some other sticks I'll test tonight and go from there.

Never easy !! :D
