Hi every one im new here and to OC but id like some info n help on the amd athelon 64 x2 4200+ i have OC it a small bit to 2.4ghz id like to get more out of this tho but not sure about the other settings to change can some 1 please help me will be apreciated :)

System Spec.

AMD Athelon 64 x2 4200+
Afox ARS5690 Motherboard
Windows 7 Ultimate 32
550W ATX PSU
CAVIAR 500GB 16MB 7200 SATAII
ATI Radeon 4890
Tecknika 22" LCD

If enything els is need to help jst ask n tell me how to get it it lol

these chips are quite easy to oc even a begginer could do it withing reason
are u using the pc3200 ddr ram

For the ram the lable says PC2-6400 ddr i have 2 1g sticks both same


and i know it's a lot but if u could share you current bios config for your current overclock i could help u further
