just upgraded and wondered what sort of overclock people are getting from this chip. i am running biostar tforce 6100 a939 mobo.

thank you

Not a 4400x2 but I've got a 4600x2 s939.

Currently 100% stable at 2.64GHz (220x12 used as I get a better ram speed, might take it to 264x10) with ~1.4V but will run at 2.7GHz with a push of ~1.45V.
EDIT: Manchester core (:()

Banjo ;_;

4400+ running at 2.66GHz. (266x10) 1.525 Vcore.
goes to 2.7 but RAM dividers require a different divider and give me a lower memory bandwidth and scores.
Could do with some decent DDR to get a 1/1 ratio.
Could really do with a C2D!

I had a 4400x2 before my C2D setup....stepping was CCBIE something or other...got it to 3.03ghz stable on water...1.525vcore or something like that

i can only get 2.59 ghz on the 11 multiplyer :(
im using an asrock dual sata mobo aswell :(

have you done the volt mod on that board?
im using the dual -vsta with a 0.4v mod. keep thinking about getting another mobo as the memory divider options are pants. decided to get some decent o/c RAM so won't have to worry about dividers soon ;)

Strangely my 4400+ now clocks better. I could just about get it to 2.69 but it would'nt complete 3dmark06 or 4M superpi. Its now rock steady at 2.705.

Maybe it was the psu? I've just replaced a hiper type R 580 with an Enermax Infiniti 720w. (Heh the hiper sold in under 5min on the bay, some people love their exploding bling :D )

How much did youget for your hiper on the bay?? ( thanks :P )

I had 2.6GHz on my DFI LanParty Ultra-D. It probably could have gone higher but it was in the middle of last Summer so didn't fancy my chances :p

Wow, I just upped the gigavolts and now I have 5.6Ghz and no heatsink at all!

PS. The moral of this babbling is that other peoples overclocks mean nothing and should in no way be used to gauge your own overclock.

he was asking for what other people got... let them tell him and let him get his answer!

I was only being silly, I'm not saying don't ask or don't reply. Just trying to inject a little humour and perspective into the thread.
