amd athlon 64 x2 4400 a939 what oc's are you getting

I am getting 2.64 ghz (240*11) at 1.425v
Gets about mid 50s on full load
Can do more but needs water cooling as temps go straight to 62 at 1.6v
I will need to be extra nice to my wife to get her to release the money

hard to find now but you want a Gigabyte G-power Pro HSF.
it's the dogs.
in a Custom PC HSF test it achieved 25degC lower than the reference standard fan, more than any other HSF.
I have 2 120 intakes, the G-Power and an Antec spot fan pointing at HSF base and RAM.(+ ehausts and a gfx exhaust mod) never gone above mid 40's at 1.525v 2.7GHz. (thats the older higher wattage version cpu as well)

Welcome to the forums! :)

What cooler are you using on your cpu?

I can't boot at any higher speed than 2.35Ghz with my 4400, probably because I refuse to relax my RAM timings and my mobo refuses to go any higher than 1.4v. :)

Put the memory on a divider?

I'm getting 2.6GHz on my spec with G.Skill ZX PC3200 on a divider and a DFI Ultra-D. Think I've got it at 1.45 or 1.5v.

I have to leave the side panel off to keep it cool with a Thermaltake Big Typhoon. It can get up to 55C or more on load. =/

well ive got mine up to 2.6 . so ill probably drop it back to default as the extra 400mhz per core doesnt seam to make any difference.

weirdly .pc wizard reports 1 core running 2 degrees hoter than the other. is this normal ?

2.97Ghz (270x11) A8N-SLI Delux , can't remember the name of the cooler I'm using as it's getting on for 2 years old now but is the best part of 700 grams of copper on two levels connected by 6 heatpipes, It still cuts the mustard but I am starting to feel an upgrade coming on.
