Is this a new thing processor companys and Graphics companys merging?
Its surely a good thing for a mutal advantage

it's already in the pipeline for merging cpu and gpu in one die,they are calling it the fusion processor and sound's very promising,due for release in 2008/9.

Cards may be good, but the drivers have always let it down. IMO, but I'm right.

Drivers can be a bit memory hungry, but that is mostly down to the control centre rather than the drivers themselves. Even so with a few minutes work tweaking you can be rid of the control centre.

Oh, and ATI has got the best card going... if you dont include nVidia gluing two underclocked 7900s together

The GX2 is just two 7900s glued together, oh nvidia thought a lot about that.

Oh and ATI can fold, cos nvidia gpu design is poor apparently
