Hi there

Boy do we have something really incredible for you guys, after a meeting with AMD and Sapphire last week between them they were able to come up with an absolutely fantastic exclusive deal for Overclockers UK on our top selling Sapphire cards, as Sapphire is our no.1 AMD brand we wanted to deliver to our customers the cards you would buy anyway and now we are really making it irresistible for you to resist these incredible deals.

So first things first, AMD's latest game bundle is hand on heart the best games bundle I've ever witnessed to be given away in my 20 years experience in this industry. Also remember AMD cards are like a fine wine, they improve with age due to the GCN architecture which means the performance of AMD cards with GCN architecture get faster and faster over time with driver updates. Also remember were approaching the BIG BANG time of year where AMD will release their annual BIG BANG driver and this year in typical fashion there shall be some performance gains for VEGA and RX series with the BIG BANG driver due in December!

So there you go, your favourite AMD brand, some of the highest quality cards with incredible power yet quiet cooling solutions, 3yr warranty and an incredible games bundle.

Also as a heads up tomorrow some more RX deals shall go live from Gigabyte and Powercolor with a few RX 580 8G's appearing for just under £200, what a bargain!

These deals will be withdrawn at our own discretion, so if you don't want to miss out, then get your wallet out and get buying!

The prices will go live around 13:00 today
The 590s shall be online at 14:00

Consider this a bit of a heads up for you forum guys to avoid missing out!

I don’t need to point out that these deals are totally insane!

Vega 64 @ £399
Vega 56 @ £299
RX 590 8G @ £259
RX 580 8G @ £199
RX 570 8G @ £159
RX 570 4G & £149

All the FREE games which are actually very good games that you would go out and buy costing around £30-40 each and not even released yet.

Then remember FREESYNC support and I think it’s fair to say AMD just become everyone’s hero with bringing exceptional performance levels for the money with these incredible deals and bundle offer. :)

The Vega stock and RX 580 is limited so be quick as once deals are over those shall be higher and VEGA will be gone as it’s no longer makes sense for AMD or its partners as it just bleeds money but it’s an exceptional deal for you guys so it’s like AMD really tries to help the gamers out with such incredible value for money when it comes to processors and graphics cards and with FREESYNC having no premium. :)

Also remember!
Big Bang driver comes next month and should bring nice performance gains for all GCN architecture cards further improving value.

Also check out FREESYNC monitor range too! :)

Hi there

Vega 56 is nearly sold out!
Good news Sapphire agreed to a further 1000 due next Friday. :)

Also Gigabyte and Asus have reacted and done me some Vega deals which are now live, so go check them out.

Also to help people as there seems some confusion how AMD and NVIDIA compares

Vega 64 performs around 1080, but can rival 1080ti in odd title and 4K
Vega 56 performs around 1070ti
RX 590 8G out performs 1060 6G by 10-20%
RX 580 8G performs around 1060 6G
RX 580 4G nearly matches 1060 6G but beats 3G
RX 570 8G around 1060 3G performance
RX 570 4G around 1050ti performance

Of course AMD win every segment due to lower price and better games bundle.

So remember if Sapphire sells out keep buying I have more incoming.

This deal is costing AMD and Sapphire big money so a lot of thanks goes to them for making it happen and exclusively with OcUK. :)

Also as I’m travelling I can’t make forum deal post but do browse Black Friday section on the site as lots of deals in there.

A few notable ones are:
FREESYNC monitors
970 EVO 250GB SSD at £69
8G and 16G TeamGroup 3000MHz at £53 and £99 respectively.

But yeah the AMD deals have cleaned up nearly a million in revenue in last 48hr on just AMD graphics cards.

Hi there

OK some good and bad news.
Sapphire are reporting an ETD of mid December for the additional 56 and end of December for additional 64.

Thus the deal price will remain until tomorrow (Monday) on Sapphire.

As this deal was based on 5% margin and with pound weakening too high a risk to hold such a price we shall end the deal pricing Monday on the pre order of the 56 the 64 shall remain until sold out which shall no doubt be Monday anyway.

I am warning you guys of this as a suggestion to get your pre order in if you don’t mind waiting as we honour the back orders even if we ship at a loss profit wise.

Asus and Gigabyte Vega deals shall remain!

So expect to see no moaning but only you guys placing pre orders, you’ve been warned!

Feel free to spread word and warn others as a £299 Vega 56 with three games is deal of century and was delivered to you by OcUK! :)

Well I hesitated on the 56 and now I regret doing so :(

Will you be having the same price again mid December?

The pound will determine that, we pre-purchased dollars at 1.31 to pay for that deal stock, only way we could get ourselves to £299 and as we only had 5% margin, the new 1.28 rate makes that impossible. We shall be monitor fedex and that will determine our selling price for when new batch lands. Worse case I suspect we will still do £299 but on a much lesser amount at Boxing Day, because if we sell a load at £299 with no margin, then of course we need to limit quantity more, so that we sell more at regular pricing to average the margin/profit made across the inventory. :)

3 Vega 64 left!

People need to read my previous post:

Vega 56, more due middle December!
Vega 64, potentially a small amount this week, then more end of December.

Both lines now sold out, deal has ended, snooze you lose and all that, we may do a repeat on Friday on V64 but use the TODAY ONLY function.
Vega 56 will depend on exchange rates and a repeat will be timed around XMAS period.

Does the mid/lower range cards trigger the game bundle?

Yes 570 and 580 have two games. 560 and lower NO games.

How do the Gigabyte and Asus cards compare to the Sapphire?

It seems I've missed out on the better Sapphire deal but since I'm leaning towards a Vega64 now I'm tempted to jump on the Gigabyte or the Asus if they perform alright.

Sapphire - Best performance on 64.
Asus - Quietest of the Vega's but slowest due to VRM temps.
Gigabyte - Sits in middle.

On 56 however they all perform quite similar, but on 64 Sapphire is best performance and Asus is quietest.
