AMD bottleneck Advice please.

Hi Gurus.

I have a friend who is buying an AMD Phenom II X4 965 and a AMD 6850 GPU.

Can somebody please advise me if this CPU will bottleneck this GPU, I dont know hardly anything about modern AMD CPU's so i thought this would be the best place to ask.

It's a good match, the CPU won't bottleneck that 6850.

yeh u should be fine with the 6XXX series. Might start to bottleneck at the 79xx and maybe the 78XX
