Amd Build?

Spec me a rig (am3 setup): Mobo I want the Asus Crosshair 3 formula and an amd 965 cpu.....Budget is quite tight so

.....maybe a 4890 and ram something compatabile........psu the least wattage so I can power the gfx and overclock the CPU..maybe 650W/700W not more......nothing else.....only mobo, cpu, ram gfx, psu

k but the ram you cos will also work with an overclock no? 1600 not native on the C3 formula
