Amd cooler on intel??

The mounting hardware that came with my arctic cooling cpu cooler just adapts the intel socket to used the amd mount??

To mount the cooler on an amd socket you dont need to mounting hardware you just used the spring lever that's already on the cooler.

So given this could you used the mounting hardware to mount a stock amd cooler on an intel cpu?

So long as the heat sink is in full contact with the CPU then I can’t see any issue.
