AMD CPU Price Drops

Did a quick search on this but couldn't find that anyone posted here?

Apparently across the range they've had a 10-20$ drop across the line?

Some websites mention this, but not sure if I can link to them, quick google of "Amd Cutting CPU Prices" should bring it up.

Thanks bud, do you know if they're 'in effect' at the moment or are they due to start the reduction by a certain date? Looking possibly to go AMD and if I can get it slightly cheaper then I'll wait

$100 is approximately £64 nowadays. Plus there's 17.5% VAT we have here in the UK. I think the prices are about right atm.

At the moment the AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 at £111.61 here at ocuk this week is one of the best value processors about. Very nice for mid range setups, even if you don't overclock.
