Alpha code in a game thats not even out till may....
Having played both Alphas I saw nothing but solid 60fps on my 980ti @1440p, take the results with a pitch of salt and Ill be very surprised if there such a massive gap upon release.
Was also done in doom 3 with an early version being bench-marked at hardocp.

nvidia don't care pascal will work with dx12 and everyone will have to upgrade.
The final game will almost certainly be locked to 60fps on PC since it uses the id Tech engine, just like Rage and Wolfenstein.
