AMD drivers causing sticky cursor

I'm currently using a Sapphire 5870 OC vapour X.
It is slightly overclocked as standard.

A few months back after a driver update I noticed that while on the Windows desktop the cursor would stick and feel like you were dragging it through syrup when ever you move it to the far top right of the screen, OR the far top left where it joins onto the secondary monitor.
I was hoping it would be solved after another driver update, but 2 have gone by now and there has been no change.

Just wanting to know if anyone else has this weird bug?

Windows vga drivers that are on Windows 7 home premium 64bit don't cause this bug. Only when I install the proper AMD ones.

It's a known bug that is should be fixed in Cat 11.5's apparently.

Try turning cursor shadows off in Windows, as that seemed to solve it for some, on the desktop at least.

Ahhh! thanks very much MoodyB that worked perfectly, I shall try turning it back on after 11.5 is out :)

Cheers
