I redeemed my key for Bioshock and Tomb Raider. The Tomb Raider key came through but the Bioshock didn't come with it. Are they sent at different times?

Bioshock hasn't launched yet mate so you should get your key within 24-48 hours of launch

As Loki says, you are unlikely to get a key for a game several months before it's released.

I have redeemed a few games from GPU purchases and agree they get emailed very close to release slots.

And even if it was weeks you'd be wrong still, even more so.
