Hmm. It was mainly the FPS counter I wanted.

Is Afterburner more accurate for you shankly?

I dont use MSI afterburner anymore mate. I just use Steams overlay that shows FPS counter, its very good and even works with games not in steam if you add them to your list.
Before switching though I found MSI AB very accurate.

I didn't know Steam had an FPS overlay, can you please explain how you enable it?

My work PC blocks most gaming related content so Google is out of the question.

It's in the settings, can't remember which tab.

Open steam overlay and go to in game setting they is an option to enable frame rate it's very good.

Just remembered it's in "in-game" tab.
