Looking at what is potentially coming with the 3600.. well if you can hang on there its going to be a stonking chip.

Additional question, will this be able to run most games at ok settings? Im not interested in running them on ULTRA high or anything.
Six core models should be roughly £200 for 3600X and below for 3600.
Intel's 15% price cut announcement should keep price at bay.

The Ram was just a cheaper option, and the SuperFlower psu is a better unit. That Ram is no longer showing as being available though, and the psu has gone back up to full price.
The Arctic Freezer is a solid cooler for the price. It will cope fine with a 6 core cpu. The MSI Tomahawk has bios flashback so if you decide to go with a Ryzen 3xxx you can update the bios without a cpu installed. Crucial MX500 is a solid SSD. If you don't want/need 1TB then the WD Blue you chose is also fine.
The Ram you chose is fine though if you want RGB. As for the psu a 550W is enough for that build. The new SuperFlower Leadex III 550W is a bit cheaper.

If you're committed to buying Zen+ - there's rumoured to be AMD price drops from the 1st of July onwards (suggest Googling - from Monday onwards).
That's notably overpriced when you can get clearly better only step behind the best Scythe Mugen 5 for £43
