AMD Phenom X4 9650 Quad-Core processor

Just tried to put a sound card in one of my PC's and theres no room

There is only two slots, one has been covered by the graphics card and the other has the wireless adaptor.
I think I need to change the board, what would be the best option??

The rest of the set-up is

or should I just get a usb sound card??

Is the sound card and wireless card PCI or PCI-E? And what motherboards can your case take?

its a full a size case so can fit any, whats the difference between pci and pci-d?
that board looks good but its out of stock
