Yes with heels, I was walking outside with her and chatting, same height as me, looked down expecting some crazy heels, flip flops.

Yes I get this from other people and in Asia they all think I am Ewan McGregor which of course I fully go along with, though the best photos of me are when I don't know someone is taking a photo as I just pull stupid faces.

Nothing from partners, maybe mid-July to end of July. OcUK will be getting much pretty much all stock as well as we have on RX-480 4GB's.

"unlike our competition"... I can agree there, you have false advertising all over your site and hike prices while your customers are in the checkout.

Well done.

In short margin was pretty tight, but I was happy with making very little margin on the 4GB part as I could simply order more.

I raised a PO for a further 1000 units and it was rejected, AMD stating no more 4GB parts shall be built, so make what you have last or take offline and use for systems.

So this is the reason. I am going to AMD HQ in Munich tomorrow to discuss this because it seems like an error to not produce any more of this part when its success is huge. Makes no sense!

But that is the reason for the increase.

Gibbo, do you have a number how many cards OCUK sold on the first day?

Over 700 now, I expected good sales, but this is beyond my expectations for day one. Several lines have sold out infact.

I see competitors have also moved prices on 8Gb part up so I guess they are low on stock, I reckon I can hold my 8GB pricing as I did have well over 1000 units in stock for launch.

Shame on the 4GB part though, going to push AMD hard to manufacturer more, or put 8GB cards in 4GB boxes haha!

Also in case no one had noticed from product descriptions, SAPPHIRE is now 3yr Warranty with OcUK & Sapphire.

Because they can; nobody else will be getting stock so they effectively have no competition to price against. It's rather disappointing they sent out an advertising email at 2pm stating one price only to increase them two hours later.

Because we never expected to be told, no you cannot have more, we are making no more, at which point making hardly any money became a very bad idea.
