Phenom 11x4 940 3.0 Ghz
Corsair Dominator 4x1gb PC2-8500 C5 1066Mhz 2.1v 5-5-5-15 Vista x32
GeForce 9600GSO

the only piece i have OCd is the Dominators

Well firstly try upping your multi to about X17.5 see if it stable.

windows encounterd a problem at x17.5 but worked at x17

Try upping the volts a little to see if you can then work ok with higher multis

Thats fairly warm for Idle, what temps do you get under load and which cooler are you using?

i am using the stock cooler i am watching my temps on pc probe

I would advise upgrading the Cooler if you want to go any further.

What are your load temps?

after runing 3Dmark06 it went to 49c there is a slight diffrence between Pc probe and AI Suite only about 2c though

try upping your HT default speed at the volts your on now as well, might get another 200mhz or more out of it without having to increase the voltage any more
