Outrageous. The central location of your warehousing and distribution facilities is totally unacceptable to me. You must immediately invest money in a second physical store closer to my own location despite you being predominantly an online retailer.

All I said was I wished I lived closer, never said anything about opening other stores.

To say you can attend without any financial outlay might be true in you live near to your store but the vast majority wont so there will be a financial outlay in travelling costs.

Dont get me wrong I think its a fantastic idea and will be fun for those that can attend. :)

Central to... Where exactly? I don't recall seeing Stoke at the centre of any map... Even in 1860 they thought dragons still roamed the hills there! ;)

~100 miles each way from here, but two and a half hours each way really puts a downer on it for me - wrong side of the stinky dirty real centre of the UK (Birmingham)! Maybe one day :(
