It should, I don't see why it wouldn't, at least I've never come across a case where system wouldn't boot if ReBAR is disabled, but I've seen cases where performance is worse than expected if it's disabled.

Have there been any more information on this since it got announced? Looks like it's still OEM only and that probably won't change anytime soon.
 
I hoped the 7400 could be used to keep old hardware going, I'm not sure if it was linus or gamers nexus but the first intel arcs cards refused to boot without rebar.

Not sure if that was ever fixed.

Afaik rebar is a special case with Arc, maybe because it was designed for it from the beginning, whereas with the AMD/nvidia cards that's not the case.
 
I don't know if it's genuine but a youtuber testing the 7400 on games says he got it as a Dell oem on a Asian website called shopee.

I found some pics on Goggle image search for shopee AMD radeon rx7400 8gb and it's around £100.
