It should, I don't see why it wouldn't, at least I've never come across a case where system wouldn't boot if ReBAR is disabled, but I've seen cases where performance is worse than expected if it's disabled.I hope it can boot without needing ReBAR!
Have there been any more information on this since it got announced? Looks like it's still OEM only and that probably won't change anytime soon.
