I bought SAPPHIRE NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7800 XT Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6

My first card from amd.

Even though I have the latest driver installed, the crash error window frequently appears and asks me if I should report it.
I have reported it several times, but the same thing keeps happening...

All AMD video cards are equally bad, is there something wrong with my card or do I need to make a setting?

Thank you

In what context does this happen? E.g. what programs are you running? When does the crash happen?

Are you using a fresh Windows install, or did you previously have a different graphics card installed?

What monitoring software do you have installed? If you have something like afterburner that is left over from a previous installation, I'd recommend you uninstall it.

I own AMD/ATI cards for years and I could count the number of driver crashes on one hand.

Most of the time it happens when I use a video editing program like CapCut. But sometimes this error appears when the computer is on but I'm not using any programs

I previously had an Nvidia card installed and until I got the new video card, I also used the onboard one for a few weeks.

Only Intel Graphics Command Center

Since you've gone from nvidia to intel to amd in quick succession, it might be worth using DDU to thoroughly uninstall graphics drivers and then install the AMD graphics drivers again.

Nowadays you can often just swap and install, but not always when switching between completely different graphics drivers.

Your experience is certainly not normal. I'm using a 7800XT (Hellhound model) myself. No issues. Stock, undervolted, overclocked, undervolted and overclocked. Tried them all. No crashes. The only "issue" is that when I overclocked the undervolted GPU too much (~2700MHz, stock is 2430) the VRAM ran slower and performance was lower overall. Not sure why that happened. But it was still stable even then.

I'm running it at stock speeds with a mild GPU undervolt to 1080mV (stock is 1150). There's loads of headroom left. Most 7800XTs will be stable under 1000mV. Most will overclock further too. The overclocking is just for fun for me. Donkey Kong overclocking - How high can you go? Maybe I'll mess around a bit more later. Techpowerup got about +15% FPS with their Hellhound. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-radeon-rx-7800-xt/40.html

EDIT: Wait...you still have Intel Graphics Command Center installed? With an AMD card? Are you running both the AMD card and Intel onboard graphics simultaneously? If so, you could try disabling Intel onboard graphics and see if that helps with stability.

Did you use DDU and completely remove the Nvidia drivers before you installed the AMD ones? I've not had a single issue since I updated to AMD end of last year.
