Was 343-327 and now 301.
Will it be possible that I catch up the 300 5900X with SDD 11/26?
First time using OCuk and so lucky that I am young, have plenty of time.

Is there any news on when we’ll be able to pre order a 5900 again? I ordered a 5800 but cancelled as I decided to change to a 5900 but my dumbass didn’t check if you could still preorder lol

Down from 129 to 109 for a 5900x.

It's the only bit I'm waiting for to complete my new build, I've even flashed my motherboard already :(
Same situation here but haven’t flashed the motherboard yet. My first build after 12+ years!! My fingers are itchy and was thinking to put everything together but it won’t be satisfying.

Been 4th in que for 2 weeks now (5800x), I don't envy what OCUK must be going through right now. Has got to be one of the craziest times to deal with suppliers and customers right now.

12 years!!?? Christ that's a long time! I'm upgrading from a 6700k as I also stream and the 6700k just doesn't cut it anymore.
Haha, yeah but was sold 3 years later and moved to apple, it made more sense for me back then. Guess I haven’t picked the best time to get back into gaming. Maybe I should’ve got the new macbook, they don’t seem to have any problems with production or shipping...

I ordered a 5600x on launchday and was 164 in the queue, now down to 116, the logistical issues of this launch are ridiculous.

I managed to snag a 6800xt on launch day so I cancelled my 3080 pre order (also saving ~£120 considering the price difference).

Decided to preorder a 5800x from elsewhere last night and they suggest I'm around 10th in the queue though are a smaller company. So I'll see what arrives first. I have no PC at the minute so I want to be up and running ASAP.

Afer order position 38/42 and now 22. Last time i talked with customer support they told me only 20 cpus arrived and they told me that new cpus should be in mid December. I san see here some lads jump more than 20 places up in queue so that mean a lot of cancellations. Have pc ready for 2 months and w8ing only for cpu. There are some shops around EU (Poland, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia) with large stock of all 5000 series CPUs but not willing to post or to sell if buyer from another country. But I know myself, if Ill find someone to buy one for me, that day Ill get notification from OcUK that my CPU is packed and ready for dispatch. :D

Guess that means the 300 that was slated for the 24th isn’t coming till December then.

The trouble with that idea is that these are the same cpus that supposedly left AMD on October 26th, and were due to arrive pre-launch on Nov 4th. Some guy on a pushbike could deliver them faster (with an additional bucket of chicken)

Sorry if this is a stupid question, new forum member here... how do we check our queue number? I put in the pre order for my 5900x about 2 weeks ago, I can see the order on my account history. Didn't get an email confirmation and haven't had any email updates re queue number (I've checked my spam folders). Any ideas?

20th 844.

I originally got an order in at another supplier but canceled it when they straight faced lied to me. Thinking about ordering a 5600x instead. Still can't make my mind up about a 6800xt or 3080.
