I get the feeling it wasn't supposed to be live for orders (Though people found the listing for it - and that page didn't show preorders yet) but the way of wishlisting it and ordering through the wishlist worked but I assume wasn't intentional so a few people got them early.

Another forum user posted the link here at 13:43, i think by adding to teh wishlist at that time they could then go into the wishlist and add to basket. I'm guessing the SKu was just hidden on the product page but could be reached with a direct link which wasnot all that hard to work out looking at it and comparing it to other SKU links

I think there was some caching going on because I had the direct page to the CPU but it didn't show as a pre-order until really late, only add to wishlist. The only place I could add it was if I went to the 7000 series category page. Maybe you adding it to your wishlist also meant you bypassed any of those issues.
