AMD smoothness tested.

No i don't agree, as im sure it said experience and not smoother.

Which is the better experience, the mouse and KB or the Contoller, Eyefinity or 3D.

They are the same thing in this case.

The experience of X rig versus Y rig on the same GPU and set up.
Then the same test with a different set up, this time eyefinity, which is better out of the two rigs.

No idea how you've managed to get where they're comparing eyefinity to a normal set up from whatever you've read.

In your opinion the better experience is only about FPS, you can have the same FPS but one tears more, less responsive, hitching more when streaming the next part of the scenery, or bigger micro pause when hitting a trigger point, longer loading times...ect

I flipping give up with you.
No idea what you're blabbing on about.

The rigs were identical bar CPU/Mobo.

I have no idea how you managed to get "In my opinion the better experience is only about FPS" when my post wasn't even about that and is about different people and their perception of which rig was smoothest on the gaming set ups. I expect most people to say "Don't notice a difference" (9 out of 10) not heavily sided towards either, and especially not heavily sided to the lower performing CPU in games.

Seek help.

The article didn't say which rig they thought was smoother, they asked which rig gave the best gaming experience.
You brought smoother/smoothness up in your first comment to me and continued in the context and anything more is just semantics as what would you expect the lower performing CPU to effect first and foremost.

At Eyeinfinity resolution it won't matter at all? At 1920*1200 they are identical.

BF3 Ultra with GTX 580

They tested BF3, a game which performs no differently between AMD or Intel, I thought people would have picked up on this a lot sooner.

Change the game being tested to Skyrim with 8x AA and max setting and repeat the test, and AMD would have 0 votes.

Also, an image can tell a thousand words:
