AMD Texture filtering settings

Hi guys,
Just a quick one, i was wondering what texture filtering quality settings people use on AMD/ATI cards? in regards to gaming and IQ?
I've always just left it at stock or "quality", but got curious as to if it makes a different to IQ at all when changed.
I've just done a few little tests (using the Hitman Absolution Benchmark)
Ran the benchmark twice at each setting, Performance, Quality, High Quality and tried to observe any IQ and performance differences.
I noticed a 1fps drop going from Performance to high quality, but tbh didn't seen any difference in IQ..
Maybe my eyes aren't the best i don't know, or perhaps i should try few different benchmark etc.
Looking for opinions and a general idea of what settings your using.

Yes ive never noticed much difference. I normally leave it at default which i believe is Quality.
