J&W board is their own make just that one is similar to the Abit board.
I do believe J&W used the same company to design the heatsink on that motherboard as MSI do on a lot of theirs. The motherboard though is their own design. Companies rebrand J&W motherboards.

Not yet no. Still got some benchmarks to run before I start overclocking.
Rivatuner doesnt support it yet, only CCC Overdrive. You can flash with a new BIOS but I think Gurusan said it didnt work right. Ill just wait until a newer Rivatuner comes out.
