Could anyone tell me if these are worth upgrading to, at the moment i'm on a tight budget plus at a future date might want to add second graphics card.

Asus M3N72-T Deluxe nForce 780a SLi (Socket AM3/AM2+) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard £69.99
 
It's difficult to tell you if its worth upgrading if we don't know what you are coming from, but those are reasonable components for a buget build.
